White Violet

Not all violets are blue.  Wild violets display a variety of colors including white, yellow and blue.  This violet was found in a woodland area whilst hiking one of the nature trails in Chester County Pennsylvania.  Wild violets are small flowers growing in clusters near the ground.  To give some perspective as to the size, the yellow flower in the left upper corner is a dandelion.
