Crinum americanum

The swamp lily is a fragrant plant found growing in swamps, marshes and bogs throughout the Southeast United States.  It is a native perennial herb with an onion like bulb.  The leaves can be up to 3 feet long and the long flower tubes are up to 6 inches in length.     Two to six flowers can be found on the flower stalk.
